Goals are devious.
Lose x kgs, Get that promotion, Buy that expensive thing.
You tick it off, and you feel that exhilirating high, and then that feeling fades. So you go shopping for that next goal. It has to be bigger. Bolder. More “worth it” than the last.
That’s how you end up living in endless “nexts”.
You don’t tick it off, and you feel terrible. You question your choices, your skills, your potential.
That’s how you end up living in “what-ifs”.
Honestly, life happens and it doesn’t care about your goals. It doesn’t rearrange itself so you can hit your protein macros on a day you are craving carbs and comfort.
So I’m changing how I do goals in 2026 β No big goals, Just small reps.
I’m betting on compounding. Three wins each day:
- Mental win: learn something small everyday (10 minutes counts)
- Physical win: move for 20 mins each day (run, yoga, walk, weights)
- Grounding win: 10 minutes of stillness each day (no phone, just me)
